Holiday Chocolate pt. 1

I went through the 2014 calendar and picked one chocolate recipe associated with a holiday occurring in that month. Below are the results for the first half of the year, and I will create a second post for the rest of the year. Of course, any of these recipes can be made at any time, and I realize that I'm a bit late with the January suggestion.
